DIRECTIONS + SPA ETIQUETTE
We are located in a craftsman bungalow at 1928 North East 40th Avenue, just one and a half blocks north of Sandy Boulevard between Hancock and Tillamook Streets. You are welcome to park in one of the many on-street spaces. The spa entrance is just at the top of the stairs leading into the house. To maintain a serene environment we ask that you turn off your cell phone, and use a quiet voice upon entering. Please remove your shoes, leaving them in one of the cubbies provided, and take an appropriately-sized pair of spa sandals to slip on for your visit.
Now prepare yourself for the ultimate in relaxation.

GROUPS AND PARTIES
Need a location for an upcoming event? Our space is available to rent and wonderful for Bridal Parties, Showers, Birthdays, or Corporate Meetings. We are happy to assist with food, beverage, services, and more! Please contact us to set up group events. There is a minimum 18% gratuity for all parties of 4 or more.
RETURN POLICY
Gift Certificates and Series can be returned for in-store credit only. You may use them for service, product, or give them to someone else. No exceptions. Unopened product can be returned for in-store credit or gift certificate only. No cash refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations/Re-Scheduling: We request that if you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment that you give us at least 48 hours notice to allow sufficient time to schedule another client. We require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold all reservations.
Single Service Cancellation Policies:
•If you call to cancel or reschedule the day prior to your appointment, we will charge your card for 25% of the service(s) reserved.
•If you do not cancel an appointment you have made with at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for an appointment we will charge your credit card in the amount of 100% of the service(s) reserved.
Right to Refuse Service: In order to serve the best interest of the client, our providers reserve the Right to Refuse Service at any time.
