Elisa is committed to health and healing in her massage practice and in her daily life. She received her massage license after studying massage at East-West College in Portland. She then continued her education during her travels to Thailand, and spent two weeks in a remote village in Northern Thailand practicing meditation and Thai Massage. Elisa has also studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, which she enjoys integrating into any massage.

Being a mother to her daughter, Dinah, has opened up her heart even more than before to her need to nurture and care for others. She is well versed in pregnancy massage and knows well the places mothers-to-be appreciate extra attention. Herbs and nutrition in healing are also a huge part of her daily life. She has studied Herbology and Medicine Making for the past 12 years on the West Coast and in Nepal, and believes in integrating these practices into her client’s medicine cabinet. She also enjoys cooking, yoga, dancing, snowboarding, gardening, and time with her family. Namaste.
